Shipping Policy

Orders that are placed before 14:00 will be shipped out the same day.

Large item orders that require courier service such as Fedex will be shipped the next working day.

If you would like to collect your item, please contact Outsiders HQ to arrange a collection date and time.

Orders of stocklist parts shipping varies as per the availability and shipping terms. The team at Outsiders will inform you of these prior to proceeding with your order.

All shipping is insured.

International shipping - all orders are liable to your countries Tax and/or Duty. Outsiders Auto has no responsibility for this.

Return & Exchange Policy

Made to order parts are non-refundable.

All clothing can be returned if unworn, no damage, perfume, make up or deodorant marks. Returns must take place in 14 days or purchasing.

Orders from Japan are non-refundable.

We do accept returns & exchanges, if you have purchased a part for your car and have not checked it fits correctly or you change your mind on wheels, return of the item is at your cost.

Any parts that have been installed and are damaged can not be returned or exchanged.
